How It Works
Step 1: Prep Your Trash
• Bag and tie all trash securely.
• No sharp objects, broken glass, bulk items, or liquids.
• Flatten and break down all boxes.
Trash Collection Restrictions
Please note that no service will be provided on federal holidays.
Bag Not Tied Properly: All bags must be securely tied.
Bag Oversized: Bags larger than 13 gallons are not accepted.
Bag Torn, Ripped, or Leaking: Overfilled or damaged bags cannot be serviced.
Trash Bag Placement: Trash bags must be inside a trash can to be collected.
Improper Contents: Bags containing liquids, loose trash, or sharp objects like broken glass cannot be picked up.
Cat Litter/Fecal Matter: Must be double-bagged for health and safety.
Unflattened Boxes: Boxes must be broken down and flattened for collection.
Bulk Trash: Items too large or heavy to fit in a standard bag will not be removed.
